|Sales Coordinator - Office Waddinxveen
The Sales Coordinator is a strong discussion partner who is capable of providing impetus to the sales organization. As a key player you are responsible for coordinating the sales process within one of the three sales teams. You will work closely with the Account Managers, Sales Engineer and Inside Account Manager. In addition to your coordination tasks, you provide commercial strength and support to the regional sales team. An energetic and inspiring person with a knowledge of the business understands what a regional sales plan involves and how to act accordingly. You know how to convert a strategic vision into realistic plans and are able to recognize sales opportunities. A salesperson who can act as the liaison between field sales, customer service, operations and marketing & communication. You are someone with a clear business vision who looks for creative ways to turn existing situations into new opportunities. You analyze future trends and anticipate opportunities. You understand the financial impact of your decisions and are aware of the impact that your department has on the results of Swagelok Nederland. You act in the team’s interest under the mandate of the regional account team with the aim of achieving team objectives. In this position you fulfill a crucial coordinating role from our office in Waddinxveen.
|Account Manager - Rayon South-East Netherlands
As Account Manager you are responsible for building and expanding your client base. You approach organizations and clients with natural enthusiasm. You act as a professional discussion partner for your clients and you possess a thorough knowledge of industrial gas and fluid system components and compositions (Custom Solutions). You are capable of thinking conceptually and know how to create client needs in order to achieve results. You achieve your success through building good long-term relationships with your clients and providing them with suitable solutions.
In this position you are part of an account team consisting of a team coordinator, two account managers, an inside account manager and a sales engineer. Team members work on the basis of equality. Together with your team, you develop your sales plans and take responsibility for their implementation.
